Warehouse Manager | Manufacturing Operations, Inventory & Logistics Leadership

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and distribution activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring on-time customer shipments, and leading a high-performing warehouse team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, team leadership, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and distribution.
• Manage the receipt of materials, components, packaging, and production supplies.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with suppliers, customers, carriers, and transportation providers.
• Ensure accurate receiving, inspection, documentation, and inventory transactions.
• Lead daily shipping activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of finished goods.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop warehouse supervisors and warehouse associates.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation processes.
• Optimize warehouse layout, storage capacity, material flow, and space utilization.
• Establish, monitor, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy, on-time shipping, productivity, quality, and safety.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Procurement, Quality, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to support operational objectives.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
