Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to join their team in Calgary, Alberta. This role supports the day-to-day operations of the office by managing front-desk activities, handling inquiries, and maintaining confidential records. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and client-focused, with strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, manage front-desk inquiries, and notify employees of guest arrivals.
• Answer and direct calls through a multi-line phone system.
• Provide professional support to clients and creditors, ensuring inquiries are routed appropriately.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain confidential client and creditor records.
• Monitor and respond to shared inbox communications in a timely manner.
• Coordinate courier shipments and office supply orders.
• Enter and update information in internal systems to maintain accurate records.
• Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and appointment coordination.
