We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to work closely with the Sales team to ensure the accurate, timely, and profitable delivery of security system projects. This role is critical in translating sales commitments into well-structured, executable project plans while maintaining strict control over scope, scheduling, documentation, and customer expectations. 
 
Key Responsibilities 

• Partner closely with the Sales team to clearly define and document project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Convert sales proposals, contracts, and purchase orders into detailed, well-organized project plans
• Manage end-to-end execution of security system projects from kickoff to closeout
• Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate project schedules, budgets, documentation, and change orders
• Track project progress with strong attention to detail to ensure nothing is overlooked
• Identify risks, scope gaps, or issues early and resolve them proactively
• Provide clear and consistent communication to Sales, Operations, and customers 

Required Skills & Competencies 

• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail, especially with schedules, documentation, and system requirements
• Ability to translate sales commitments into executable plans
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through 

Qualifications 

• 3+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in the security or low-voltage industry
• Experience working in a sales-driven, customer-focused environment
