    • Collaborate closely with Production, Sales, Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure effective coordination.
    • Utilize and optimize ERP/MRP system functionalities to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
    • Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement to reduce manual processes and improve reliability.
    • Contribute to implementing structured planning processes and communication practices to enhance operational visibility.
    • Anticipate potential constraints, recommend solutions, and actively participate in decisions regarding production priorities.

    • Approximately 5 years of experience in production planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
    • Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, involving multiple production lines and a large number of SKUs.
    • Strong understanding of capacity planning, MRP principles, and manufacturing constraints.
    • Hands-on experience with an ERP system is required; knowledge of Epicor is an asset.
