Salary: Up to $80K (depending on experience)

We would love to meet:
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- At least 2 years of practical experience in machinery repair and/or maintenance within a manufacturing production setting
- Diploma in machinery or industrial mechanics is required
- Exceptionally detail-oriented
- Innovative and forward-thinking, capable of generating and implementing original ideas
- Leadership and/or training expertise (asset)
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of production machinery to ensure optimal functionality
- Read technical drawings and specifications to produce parts required for machinery repair
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all repair and maintenance procedures performed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of machinery
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe work environment
