    Description

    Our client is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join their team in Edmonton, Alberta. This role supports full-cycle recruitment, talent planning, and end-to-end hiring processes from intake through onboarding, in close partnership with hiring leaders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and brings strong judgement in candidate assessment, with the ability to manage multiple searches while delivering a high-quality hiring experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead full-cycle recruitment from role intake and posting to offers and onboarding.
    • Partner with hiring leaders to develop effective hiring strategies aligned with business needs.
    • Manage multiple requisitions while ensuring timely communication and process consistency.
    • Conduct thorough screening and interviews, including credibility checks where needed.
    • Coordinate assessments, assignments, and reference checks to support hiring decisions.
    • Prepare offers and support compensation recommendations based on equity and market data.
    • Contribute to workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
    • Support on-site hiring leaders with interview coordination and recruitment logistics.

    • 5–10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in high-volume environments.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple roles with strong attention to detail and service quality.
    • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills with sound judgement.
    • High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with stakeholders and candidates.
    • Experience with offers, onboarding coordination, and compensation support.
    • Familiarity with ATS systems; Dayforce is an asset.
    • Comfortable in an on-site or hybrid work environment.
    • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and structured hiring processes.
