- Perform minor repairs to equipment
- Operate hydraulic pumping systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
- Backhoe excavator, loader
- Backfilling
- Excavation
- Fine grading and finishing
- Land clearing
- Sloping and banking
- Stock piling
- Stripping
- Sub-grade excavating
- Trenching
- Large diameter pipeline construction
- Quarrying
