    Mission

    Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is seeking a General Services Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of its facilities and support site operations.

    Key Responsibilities
    Supervise daily activities related to general services and site infrastructure;
    Lead and support a small team responsible for procurement and inventory management;
    Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective building maintenance activities;
    Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors, from intervention planning through validation of completed work quality;
    Oversee service contracts and ensure compliance with commitments, budgets, and timelines;
    Coordinate the maintenance and proper operation of site utilities and systems (electrical, gas, water, ventilation, refrigeration, etc.);
    Participate in the management of site access controls, security systems, and overall building infrastructure;
    Supervise inventory management and ensure the availability of parts and supplies required for operations;
    Participate in budget preparation and monitoring for the department, while controlling expenditures;
    Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to plan activities and minimize production disruptions;
    Contribute to infrastructure improvement projects and the optimization of processes related to general services;
    Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and applicable regulatory requirements;
    Prepare reports and key performance indicators to support management decision-making.

    Your profile

    Qualifications and Experience
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment;
    Previous team supervision experience;
    Strong knowledge of building maintenance and facility management;
    Hands-on leadership style, autonomy, and strong sense of responsibility;
    Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
    Conditions
    Permanent full-time position;
    Day shift, Monday to Friday;
    On-site presence required;
