Description
I’m Simon Mathé, Recruitment Consultant at FED ManuTech, currently supporting a well-established manufacturing company in the agri-food sector in hiring an electromechanic.
The environment is technical, automated, and focused on equipment reliability and operational continuity.
Your Role:
• Perform daily and preventive maintenance on automated production equipment
• Work on electromechanical systems as well as building-related systems
• Diagnose equipment failures using structured troubleshooting methods
• Carry out repairs, adjustments, and equipment calibration
• Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic schematics
• Analyze breakdowns to reduce unplanned downtime
• Propose and implement improvements to increase equipment performance
• Ensure overall reliability of production and facility systems
Your Profile
• DEP in electromechanics or DEC/AEC in automation / industrial electronics
• C License required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Experience in food manufacturing is strongly preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, heating)
• Ability to read technical drawings
• TIG welding on stainless steel (asset)
• Functional French and English
• Autonomous, structured, analytical mindset
