Winkler is a town in southern Manitoba. It is in the south of the province, surrounded by the Rural Municipality of Stanley, about 100 kilometers southwest of Winnipeg and 13 kilometers east of its “twin city”, Morden.
Its population is approximately 14,000 inhabitants.
As the 4th largest city in Manitoba and the largest city in the Pembina Valley, Winkler serves as a regional center for commerce, agriculture, and industry.
