Southeastern Manitoba (also known as Eastman) is a region of the province of Manitoba. It is bounded to the north by the Winnipeg River and Lake Winnipeg, to the east by the Manitoba-Ontario border, to the south by the Canada-US border and to the west by the Red River.

Its population is approximately 125,000 people.
The town of Steinbach is the largest population center in the region with over 17,000 inhabitants.

The main towns in the region are Beausejour, Lac du Bonnet, Niverville, Pinawa, Powerview–Pine Falls and Ste. Anne, Steinbach.

The most common sectors of activity are construction, production, services, transport, and machinery. The sector with the largest number of companies is construction with more than 2000 companies.
9% of jobs in the region are in the primary sector of agriculture, forestry, fishing, and hunting. A quarter are in the secondary sectors of construction and manufacturing and 66% of jobs in the tertiary sector, i.e., industries that provide goods and services to businesses and consumers.

The Trans-Canada Highway runs through the middle of the Eastman region.
