Our client is looking for a Yardi Application Support Analyst that focuses on providing functional support and optimization for the Yardi environment, working closely with Finance and operational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Yardi support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution
• Maintain and optimize Yardi modules (Voyager 7s/8, PayScan, AP, AR, GL, Investment Accounting, Procure-to-Pay, BillPay, Construction Manager)
• Ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal controls and reporting standards
• Partner with Finance to improve workflows and drive process efficiencies
• Perform data quality reviews, cleansing, and governance initiatives
• Develop SQL queries, reports, and data extracts for Finance and Audit teams
• Manage user access, permissions, and system configurations
• Support system upgrades, testing, and release cycles
• Maintain documentation (process maps, support guides, configurations)
• Deliver user support and training across the platform
• Act as liaison with Yardi and external vendors for escalations and enhancements

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong understanding of accounting workflows, financial controls, and reporting requirements
• Hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager (or similar ERP/accounting systems)
• Strong data analysis skills (reconciliation, transformation, data cleanup)
• 5+ years experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Application Support
• SQL experience is an asset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and process discipline
