    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Workday Consultant to join our team in North York, Ontario. This is a long-term contract opportunity where you will play a key role in configuring, testing, and optimizing Workday Finance solutions. Your expertise will contribute to the successful implementation and integration of systems within our organization.

    Responsibilities:
    • Configure and test Workday Finance modules to ensure seamless functionality.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for system optimization.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Workday testing environment.
    • Support system integration efforts to align Workday Finance with existing processes.
    • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide detailed feedback for improvement.
    • Develop documentation and workflows to guide system users effectively.
    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday Finance applications.
    • Ensure compliance with security protocols and implement best practices.
    • Work closely with teams to deploy functional systems and achieve project goals.
    • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements as needed.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Workday Consultant or similar role.
    • Expertise in configuring Workday Finance modules and performing system testing.
    • Strong background in ERP and CRM solutions.
    • Proficiency in cloud technologies and client-side scripting.
    • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft SharePoint Workflow and JavaScript.
    • Proven ability to document business requirements and develop workflows.
    • Knowledge of security best practices and very-large-scale integration.
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
