    •    Répondre aux demandes d’aide techniques via courriel et téléphone.
    •    Comprendre le fonctionnement du boîtier à réparer et son environnement.
    •    Réparation des pannes électroniques : évaluer les pannes en utilisant oscilloscopes, multi mètre, divers bancs de test pour conclure avec la validation de la réparation.
    •    Être capable de programmer, calibrer divers pièces et composants.
    •    Commander les composants à changer.
    •    Remplir les comptes rendus de réparation adéquatement via notre progiciel.
