Description
● Performs month-end close, journal entries and balance sheet reconciliation
● Accounts receivable and accounts payable processing
● Invoice and sales order entry
● Payroll processing
● Bank and account reconciliations
● Monthly/quarterly reporting
● CRA, ON Gov and other tax/authority filings
● Prepare for and work with external auditors on year-end financial reports
● Partner with business to understand reporting requirements and ongoing business activities, to adjust financial reporting/analysis to meet changing business need
● Interaction with team members, vendors, and external agencies
● Budget preparation and reports
● Additional ad hoc requests related to the finance/accounting function, general administration
- Background performing full cycle accounting duties
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate communication with external stakeholders
