Our telecommunications client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a six-month term with the possibility of extension. This role is perfect for professionals who thrive in enterprise planning and want to drive impact through modeling and financial reporting solutions.    

The Senior Financial Analyst’s duties will include:

·      Developing, maintaining, and optimizing the use of Adaptive Planning models for financial planning and analysis (FP& A)

·      Independently building and configuring models in Adaptive Planning

·      Collaborating across teams to translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive/Workday solutions.

·      Building, refining and automating Adaptive planning models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning

·      Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance in financial reports and dashboards.

·      Other related duties as required

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

·      Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, or related field

·      A minimum of five years of hands-on experience configuring Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) software, Workday/Adaptive preferred

·      Strong financial and systems management skills

·      Demonstrated experience building and owning FP& A planning models

·      A minimum of five years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in large or complex organizations.

·      Prior functional consulting experience with Adaptive and/or other EPM platforms are strong assets

·      Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
