Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Track and report on key performance indicators to guide business decisions.
• Participate in the preparation of business cases for new projects, investments, or strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial governance and reporting standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant professional designation (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial analysis, planning, or a related role.
• Proficiency with financial modeling and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) is an asset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
