THE ROLE:
Our client is looking for a Senior Client Services IT Technician to play a key role in supporting and maintaining IT environments across a diverse client base. In this position, you will combine advanced technical troubleshooting skills with a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring reliable and efficient technology operations while resolving complex technical challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for end-user support through in-person, phone, and remote channels
- Providing troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Completing system installations, maintenance activities, and performance optimizations
- Diagnosing and resolving LAN/WAN connectivity issues and supporting third-party applications and systems
- Conducting follow-up with users to confirm successful issue resolution and overall satisfaction
- Identifying client requirements and recommending appropriate IT solutions
- Maintaining accurate ticket documentation and assisting with billing-related records

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a technical professional who combines strong IT knowledge with excellent communication and client service skills.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and licensing, with a strong background supporting computer systems and Office applications
Core Technical Skills:
- Extensive experience supporting Windows environments, including Windows 7–11 and Windows Server platforms, as well as Microsoft Office applications
- Practical experience with PC deployments, server administration, and backup technologies such as Veeam and Windows Backup
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN environments, hardware infrastructure, storage technologies (NAS, SAN, RAID), and endpoint security solutions
- Proven troubleshooting abilities and a willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively support and interact with non-technical users
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A customer-first approach and dedication to delivering exceptional service
- Experience within finance, technology, or healthcare environments is considered an asset
