Our client is seeking a Software & Data Developer to help design, build, and maintain applications and data solutions that support business operations and reporting. This role blends software development and data engineering, working across systems and data platforms to enable reliable insights and scalable technology solutions.

This position will collaborate closely with internal IT teams and business stakeholders to develop applications, manage integrations, and ensure data is accessible, accurate, and usable across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain internal applications and system integrations
• Build and manage data pipelines and ETL processes across multiple data sources
• Write and optimize SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting
• Troubleshoot application and data issues to maintain system reliability and performance
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Develop documentation including system diagrams, technical specifications, and test plans
• Support integrations with enterprise platforms such as ERP and CRM systems

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development, data engineering, or related roles
• Strong development experience with C#, .NET, Python, or similar technologies
• Advanced SQL skills for querying, transformation, and performance tuning
• Experience supporting or integrating ERP or CRM systems (Dynamics experience is an asset)
• Familiarity with development and collaboration tools such as Git, Jira, or Confluence
• Experience working in cross-functional project environments

Preferred Experience

• Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
• Modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, or similar
• Data architecture concepts including data lakes, data warehouses, or lakehouse environments
• Power BI or other business intelligence tools
• Agile or structured project delivery methodologies
