We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a fast-paced Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) technology implementation. The successful candidate will work across business and technology teams, coordinate external implementation partners, and lead the project from planning and scope validation through implementation, testing, go-live, and transition to operations.

The project involves ServiceNow HR Case Management, Employee Relations Case Management, migration from Freshservice to ServiceNow, and implementation of additional HR services and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with business, technology, and project stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project workplans, resource plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage vendor deliverables, dependencies, decisions, risks/issues, scope alignment, and adherence to the approved Statement of Work.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, decision-making sessions, and large-group discussions.
• Prepare project status reports, Steering Committee communications, and project governance materials.
• Lead scope and change control, assessing impacts to schedule, budget, resources, technology, and business operations.
• Coordinate communications, training, testing, change management, and organizational readiness activities.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, cutover, go-live readiness, and hypercare.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records.
• Identify and proactively address issues that may impact project success.
• Ensure successful project close-out and transition to operational support teams.
• Apply project management methodologies, governance frameworks, reporting standards, and continuous improvement practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Demonstrated experience managing complex technology implementation projects.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise technology implementations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
• Proven experience managing external implementation partners and vendors.
• Strong project governance, risk, issue, scope, schedule, and budget management experience.
• Experience leading projects through implementation and operational transition.

Preferred Qualifications

• Business Analyst experience, including requirements gathering, process mapping, workflow design, testing coordination, and business readiness.
• Experience with HR technology, HR transformation, or HR service delivery projects.
• Experience within post-secondary, public sector, or other large and complex organizations.
• Experience leading projects through UAT, deployment/cutover, go-live, hypercare, and transition to operations.
