Project Manager

Niagara Region, ON

Our client, a growing heavy civil construction contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead municipal infrastructure, underground servicing, earthworks, and road construction projects across Southwestern Ontario.

This is an excellent opportunity for a project professional who enjoys balancing field operations, client relationships, project execution, and team coordination while working on impactful infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage heavy civil construction projects from award through closeout
• Oversee watermain, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, road reconstruction, and site servicing projects
• Coordinate project activities with field crews, foremen, superintendents, consultants, municipalities, and subcontractors
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Manage project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and contract administration
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, delays, and operational challenges
• Attend site meetings and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Support procurement and subcontractor management activities
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration

• 4+ years of Project Management experience within heavy civil construction
• Experience managing municipal infrastructure, underground servicing, watermain, sewer, earthworks, or road construction projects
• Strong understanding of civil construction methods, drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and project teams

Compensation Based on Experience

• 100,000-120,000
