We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead high-impact technology initiatives that support IT delivery. This position is suited to a strategic leader who can guide complex projects from planning through execution while working closely with business and technical stakeholders. The successful candidate will help advance digital solutions, strengthen project governance, and ensure technology investments deliver measurable organizational value.

Responsibilities:

• Direct several large-scale technology projects and programs through planning, delivery, and operational handoff.

• Build and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and decision-making structures to support effective execution.

• Align project priorities with organizational goals and track delivery against scope, timelines, costs, and expected outcomes.

• Work with business leaders and technical teams to define requirements and shape practical technology solutions.

• Contribute to digital modernization efforts by supporting implementation strategies and long-term technology planning.

• Identify project risks, issues, and interdependencies early, and lead mitigation activities to reduce delivery impacts.

• Oversee vendors, consultants, and internal team members to ensure coordinated progress across all workstreams.

• Prepare clear updates, reports, and presentations for senior leadership on project status, decisions, and performance metrics.

• Promote consistent project management, governance, and change practices while supporting continuous improvement across delivery teams.

• Coach project contributors and help strengthen overall project management capability within the organization.

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience managing technology projects, including complex enterprise-level initiatives.

• Degree in computer science, business administration, health informatics, information management, commerce, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated success leading digital transformation, systems implementation, integration, Salesforce, ERP, or cloud-based technology projects.

• At least 3 years of experience guiding cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders at multiple levels of an organization.

• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial oversight, and resource coordination.

• Proficiency with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Project, Smartsheet, or Salesforce.

• Solid understanding of project delivery approaches, business analysis, requirements gathering, and change management practices.

• Experience working with external vendors and third-party technology partners; relevant project management or Agile certifications are considered an asset

This role would require 3 days a week in office.
