Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

Description
Responsibilities:
• Lead the stabilization of a previously launched enterprise transformation by identifying gaps, setting priorities, and creating a practical path forward.
• Design and execute a change management roadmap that supports the optimization of Workday and related business systems across the organization.
• Partner with senior leaders, operational teams, and external advisors to align decisions, surface risks, and maintain momentum on key initiatives.
• Develop communication and engagement plans that improve understanding, readiness, and adoption for a broad employee population.
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings to define the future state and gather input from clinical, administrative, HR, and payroll groups.
• Assess current implementation challenges and recommend actions that reduce delivery risk while supporting long-term organizational goals.
• Collaborate with advisory partners and internal teams to coordinate change activities across interconnected platforms, including HR, scheduling, and legacy environments.
• Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership to support visibility, accountability, and informed decision-making.
• Support part-time project delivery by balancing strategic planning with hands-on change leadership in a complex, unionized, 24/7 operating environment.
• Demonstrated success leading change management efforts for large-scale enterprise transformation or optimization initiatives.
• Experience working with Workday, Workday HCM, UKG Pro, or similar HR, HCM, ERP, or scheduling platforms.
• Background in healthcare or another complex service environment with multiple stakeholder groups is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with unionized workplaces and the ability to navigate operational considerations in that context.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with executive leadership.
• Ability to assess challenged implementations, define a future-state vision, and translate it into a structured action plan.
• Relevant post-secondary education in business, HR, or a related discipline; change management certification such as Prosci is considered an asset.
• Practical knowledge of project planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination in enterprise environments.
