We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to lead complex initiatives within a wholesale distribution environment in Georgetown, Ontario. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for a confident, collaborative individual who can guide multiple external partners, maintain control of project budgets, and keep delivery plans on track. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively within a primarily waterfall setting while applying agile practices where appropriate.

Responsibilities:
• Lead large-scale project delivery valued in the $4M to $8M range, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality targets are achieved.
• Coordinate activities across multiple vendors and service partners, aligning deliverables, resolving issues, and maintaining accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee financial tracking for project spend, including vendor costs, forecasting, budget monitoring, and reporting on financial performance.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, governance updates, risk logs, and status reporting using structured project management practices and tools such as Atlassian Jira.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define priorities, manage dependencies, and support informed decision-making across project phases.
• Apply a hybrid delivery approach by operating effectively in a waterfall-led environment while incorporating agile methods where they add value.
• Support implementation efforts involving enterprise platforms, cloud-based technologies, and operational systems such as ERP, CRM, and warehouse management solutions.
• Provide leadership across cross-functional teams, including QA and vendor resources, to drive execution in a detail-oriented, respectful, and results-oriented manner.
• 7+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs in a Project Manager or Senior Consultant capacity.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-vendor engagements, including coordination of external partners and delivery oversight.
• Strong financial management skills with experience tracking budgets, vendor costs, forecasts, and overall project expenditures.
• Background delivering initiatives involving enterprise technologies such as ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, or warehouse management systems.
• Proficiency with project planning, governance, and reporting tools, including Atlassian Jira.
• Ability to work within waterfall delivery models while adapting to agile or hybrid methodologies as needed.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the confidence to guide strong-minded teams constructively.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS, Cisco technologies, or related implementation environments would be considered an asset.
