Responsibilities:
- Lead operational projects from planning through execution, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations while monitoring progress and mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across the organization to establish priorities, drive accountability, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, increase efficiency, and support continuous operational improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate project governance activities, including status updates, milestone reviews, risk assessments, and executive reporting.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource planning to support effective decision-making and financial accountability.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and organizational objectives are achieved.
- Support organizational change management efforts by developing communication plans, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and promoting adoption of new processes.
- Utilize project management tools and reporting systems to track progress, manage dependencies, and maintain visibility across multiple initiatives.
- Lead strategic projects and special assignments that contribute to operational excellence and long-term business success.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading complex operational projects within large, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong background in business transformation, process improvement, and organizational change management.
- Experience working with enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, and cloud-based platforms.
- Demonstrated success managing project budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of project governance, quality assurance practices, and structured delivery methodologies.
- Ability to develop implementation strategies, manage competing priorities, and oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management designation is considered an asset.
