Mandate
The CCA's Programs Division conducts research and organizes exhibitions and public programs as a cultural production to suggest new perspectives for architectural debate and to catalyze new avenues for reflection. Our public programs design and deploy projects aimed at generating new ideas and encounters with a diverse audience.
Job summary
The incumbent assists the Associate Director, Programs in the project management and administration of the division. The incumbent ensures the coordination of overall deadlines for the division's projects, contractual agreements, as well as the planning and monitoring of the budget for conservation projects in various formats (exhibitions and public programs).

Requirements
- Essential - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management or related fields. Degree in cultural organization management is an asset
- Essential - 3 to 5 years of experience
- Essential - Excellent knowledge of spoken and written French and English
- Essential - A general and moderate knowledge specific to their professional field
Knowledge and abilities
- Essential - Ability to write and revise documents
- Essential - Strong organizational and time management skills
- Essential - Advanced knowledge of project management applications
- Essential - Ensures the compliance of contracts, using the models revised by the law firm
