Overview

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform technologies to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications.

This role focuses on building scalable business applications, automating workflows, and delivering data-driven reporting solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that support both operational and analytical needs.

Key Responsibilities

Power Platform Development

• Design and develop Power Apps (Canvas Apps) to support business workflows and enterprise data management
• Build scalable solutions using Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL-based data sources
• Develop and maintain Power Automate flows for workflow automation, approvals, and integrations
• Implement advanced Power Fx formulas, reusable components, and optimized application logic

Power BI & Reporting

• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights
• Design efficient data models and transformations
• Build and maintain SSRS reports for operational reporting

Database & Integration

• Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations
• Work with SSIS packages for ETL processes
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise databases and backend systems

Dataverse & Data Modeling

• Design and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, and business rules
• Implement data validation logic and ensure data integrity
• Configure security roles and access controls

Solution Delivery & Collaboration

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Participate in design, testing, deployment, and production support
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT teams

Documentation & Best Practices

• Document technical designs, configurations, and workflows
• Follow best practices for Power Platform development, governance, and security
• Support continuous improvement of existing solutions

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
• Strong experience with SQL, data modeling, and Microsoft data technologies
• Experience building enterprise-grade applications and workflow automation solutions
• Solid understanding of system integrations and data architecture

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power Platform ALM, solution, and environment management
• Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments
