    Hello,

I'm Caroline, Recruitment Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the recruitment of finance professionals. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll.

I'm looking for a Payroll Technician for my client based on the South Shore. This is a permanent hybrid position.

    - Ensure compliance with collective agreements (overtime, bonuses, banks, vacations, etc.).
    - Verify and reconcile timesheets and production data.
    - Manage deductions, benefits, and government rebates.
    - Produce payroll reports and participate in month-end closing.
    - Answer employee questions regarding their pay.
    - Maintain up-to-date employee files and ensure compliance with labor standards.
    - DEC in accounting or relevant payroll training.
    - Experience in payroll processing, ideally in a unionized manufacturing environment.
    - Good knowledge of collective agreements and labor standards.
    - Proficiency in Excel and payroll software (e.g., Nethris, ADP, Employeur D).
    - Rigorous, discreet, and detail-oriented.
    - Ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic operational environment.

PROCESS: First interview with Caroline Vansteene, Recruitment Consultant, then with the Talent Acquisition Consultant.
