Paralegal - Transactional Law – Eastern Township

As a Corporate Paralegal, you will work on large-scale corporate and transactional files as part of a team with many colleagues.

YOUR ROLE:
· Develop closing agendas and draft all documents related to transactions, mergers/acquisitions, reorganizations, and business sales;
· Prepare documents necessary for incorporation, registration, organization, and liquidation of companies and file corporate documents;
· Perform annual updates and maintain minute books;
· Monitor the transaction process, organize closing documents, and perform post-transaction tasks.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
· DCS in paralegal technology or other combination of relevant training/experience;
· Experience in a similar role in corporate law;
· Bilingualism, French and English (read, spoken, and written);
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
· Analytical skills and professional judgment;
· Attention to detail, thoroughness, and initiative;
· Good communication skills;
· Ability to take charge of and manage projects and initiatives;
· Proactivity, versatility, and strong organizational and prioritization skills.
