YOUR ROLE:
You will be the liaison between members and the organization. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Schedule hearings, management conferences, and meetings of the Order’s various committees;
- Prepare summaries and organize case files to effectively support the work of court clerks during hearings and management conferences; Follow-up with the various parties involved in the case;
- Develop the jurisprudence for disciplinary files and produce the list of witnesses;
- Maintain the files by ensuring the archiving and filing of legal documents.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- DCS in Paralegal Technology;
- Experience in a similar position;
- Proficient knowledge of the MS Office Suite;
- Excellent French, spoken and written;
- Good organizational skills, ability to manage several files simultaneously, good stress management;
- Autonomy, rigor, and attention to detail.
