Position: Paralegal
Location: Downtown Montreal - Hybrid
Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 yearly

We are seeking:
- Fluently bilingual to facilitate effective communication with lawyers outside the Quebec region.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a paralegal or legal assistant within a corporate environment.
- Possession of a minimum College Diploma in a legal field or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proficiency in research and writing skills, coupled with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Main Responsibilities:


- Organizing and coordinating files, ensuring follow-up, managing documents, and handling submissions according to deadlines.
- Handling the incorporation and organization of companies.
- Drafting various resolutions and corporate documents.
- Participating in due diligence and closing sessions.
- Conducting various research and registrations, including with the Personal Property, Security Register and Land Registry.
- Updating corporate minute books.
- Preparing and filing required annual documents and declarations with Corporations Canada and OnCorp.
- Participating in corporate reorganizations.
- Preparing closing books (in paper or electronic format).
