We are looking for an Operations Specialist to support residential service delivery in the condominium sector in Ontario. This position focuses on coordinating day-to-day operations, strengthening relationships with property managers and management firms, and helping ensure in-suite service work is delivered to a high standard. The successful candidate will combine operational oversight, client service, and business support while travelling within the service region as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee assigned residential service portfolios and help ensure work is carried out in line with company standards, service expectations, and established operating practices.
• Participate in project start-up discussions to confirm in-suite service delivery plans are organized, practical, and aligned with quality requirements.
• Coordinate annual and semi-annual in-suite inspection scheduling to support timely service execution across condominium properties.
• Respond to client questions and service concerns in a timely and attentive manner to build strong, lasting relationships with property managers and management companies.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and support business development efforts within the residential condominium market.
• Visit sites and complete equipment reviews for prospective clients to support solution planning and service proposals.
• Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and board meetings when required to support client engagement and market presence.
• Monitor market activity and competitor trends to provide insights that support operational planning and business strategy.
• At least 3 years of experience in the construction, contractor, or related service industry, preferably supporting residential or condominium operations.
• A relevant industry designation is required; an additional industry designation would be considered an asset.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications for reporting, communication, and day-to-day coordination.
• Experience using business systems such as CRM, ERP, or related operational software would be beneficial.
• Proven ability to deliver strong customer service while managing multiple priorities and following established procedures.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record and willingness to travel throughout the service area as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to support training, process consistency, and cross-functional collaboration in an operations environment.
