Description
Responsibilities:
• Handle warehouse duties, including receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and shipping inventory.
• Process and monitor customer orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Perform administrative tasks related to customer service, such as data entry and tracking purchase orders.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries to meet operational deadlines.
• Manage inventory logistics and maintain detailed accuracy based on management directives.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Comply with health and safety standards and company procedures.
• Participate in special projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain effective communication with colleagues and supervisors to meet organizational goals.
• Proven ability to adapt to dynamic roles and a willingness to learn new tasks.
• Strong multitasking skills and excellent time management.
• Physical capability to perform warehouse duties, including lifting items under 30 lbs.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in utilizing operational systems, such as ERP and CRM platforms.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
