We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to an industry leading manufacture in London, Ontario. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality manufacturing standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and design engineering to support continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and equipment to support production
• Collaborate with design and quality teams to ensure manufacturability of products
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Support new product introductions and process validations
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs and work instructions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, assembly, fabrication, automation)
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing tools
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality systems an asset
