Job Description
As part of its operations, our client, a well-established player in its industry, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the growth of its activities.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating goods flows and transportation activities. Acting as a key point of contact between internal teams and external partners, you will help ensure smooth, efficient operations aligned with performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate local and international shipments with carriers and suppliers
* Plan and organize goods movements (receiving, warehousing, shipping)
* Monitor deliveries and ensure on-time performance
* Prepare and validate logistics documentation (transport, customs, export, etc.)
* Collaborate with internal teams to meet operational requirements
* Support inventory management and warehouse flow optimization
* Identify operational issues and propose appropriate solutions
* Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes and tools

Profile
* Education in logistics, transportation, operations management, or a related field
* Relevant experience in logistics coordination, transportation, or supply chain roles
* Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (ERP experience is an asset)
* Strong organizational and priority management skills
* Analytical mindset, rigor, and attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
* Autonomous, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
