We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Litigation Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategy and resolution.

• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations with effectiveness and integrity.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members to develop case strategies and identify potential risks.

• Manage multiple litigation files, maintaining organization and attention to deadlines.

• Advise clients on legal matters, providing clear and concise guidance tailored to their needs.

• Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations, integrating them into case strategies as needed.

• Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and build strong relationships.

• Assist in class action litigation cases, providing research and strategic input.

• Contribute to maintaining a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.

• Called to the bar in Ontario with at least three years of relevant legal experience.
• Proven expertise in class action litigation and commercial litigation processes.
• Exceptional legal research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and delivering high-quality legal services.
• Proficiency in legal software and tools is an asset.
