We are looking for an experienced IT Lead to lead technology operations and guide the organization�s digital direction in Bracebridge, Ontario. This role is responsible for maintaining reliable, secure, and efficient systems while aligning IT initiatives with broader business priorities. The successful candidate will oversee infrastructure, applications, support services, and project delivery, while also providing strategic advice to leadership on technology investments and operational improvements.

Responsibilities:

� Lead the planning, delivery, and ongoing management of enterprise-wide IT services, systems, and user support functions.

� Partner with senior leaders to recommend technology strategies, including system integration and conversion initiatives that support organizational objectives.

� Work closely with operational managers to address information management needs related to data collection, storage, processing, and distribution.

� Maintain the stability, security, and resilience of networks, communications tools, hardware, and core information systems.

� Direct the design, implementation, and enhancement of business applications, software environments, and supporting infrastructure.

� Create, review, and maintain backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery processes to reduce operational risk.

� Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical solutions that improve productivity, communication, and access to information across the company.

� Oversee IT project execution by defining business requirements, managing milestones, ensuring sound project practices, and reviewing outcomes after completion.

� Support technology budgeting, vendor management, service agreements, and procurement activities to ensure cost-effective and reliable IT investments.

� Produce business intelligence reporting and assist with technical input for grants, RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs as needed.
