    Hello, 
    I'm Robin, recruitment and business development consultant at FED IT, a recruitment agency specializing in IT professions. 
    I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent. 
    All our consultants are IT experts who speak your language and work in your environment. We cover the IT, development, business intelligence and infrastructure professions. Mission 
    Mission 
    Reporting to a senior leader, you will partner with operational and IT teams to analyze, document and translate business needs into actionable solutions. You will contribute to project planning, solution implementation and progress tracking, while maintaining clear communication among stakeholders. 
    Main Responsibilities 

    Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements. 
    Recommend solutions aligned with strategic objectives. 
    Model, analyze and optimize business processes to improve organizational efficiency. 
    Develop detailed functional specifications and ensure alignment throughout the development cycle. 
    Participate in project planning, including priorities, timelines, risks and deliverables. 
    Plan and coordinate functional and user acceptance testing. 
    Support solution deployment and guide users through change management. 
    Provide advanced functional support and assist in resolving complex issues. 
    Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation. 
    Identify opportunities for optimization and innovation. 
    Work closely with IT and operational teams to ensure consistent solution delivery. 
    Participate in meetings and committees as required. 
    Perform any related tasks that contribute to the success of the department and organizational projects. Your profile 
    Your Profile 

    Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies: BPMN, UML, process analysis. 
    Intermediate understanding of information systems (industry experience: a strong asset). 
    Ability to understand technology solutions without needing to program. 
    Strong skills in planning, coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration. 
    Excellent analytical abilities and synthesis skills. 
    Strong communication skills in English and French. 
    Organizational rigor, attention to detail and effective priority management. 
    Curiosity, proactivity and commitment to continuous improvement. 
    Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration (Information Systems) or a related field. 
    Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in business analysis. 
    Ability to work in a dynamic, multisite environment. 

    Working Conditions 

    Full‑time position with occasional remote work. 
    Occasional travel to operational sites.
