We are looking for an experienced IT Auditor to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will apply your expertise to assess and enhance the efficiency, security, and compliance of IT systems within a dynamic management consultancy environment. Based in Toronto, Ontario, this position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact while working with cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive audits of IT systems, applications, and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of IT governance frameworks, including CobiT and other relevant methodologies.
• Analyze and assess enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms for operational efficiency and security.
• Utilize data mining techniques to identify patterns, anomalies, and risks within IT operations.
• Prepare detailed audit plans and execute them effectively to achieve desired objectives.
• Perform ad hoc financial audits to address specific organizational concerns or risks.
• Review and assess Hyperion technologies for accuracy and reliability in financial reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide actionable recommendations based on audit findings.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure ongoing compliance and improvement.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies to continuously enhance audit processes.
• Proven experience in IT auditing, including familiarity with frameworks like CobiT.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, CRM platforms, and related technologies.
• Expertise in data mining techniques and their application in audit processes.
• Proficiency in auditing financial systems, such as Hyperion technologies.
• Ability to develop and execute detailed audit plans.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams.
• A degree or certification in IT auditing, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
