Our client is looking for an Intermediate Procurement Advisor – Contractor & Services to support procurement operations for a leading agriculture organization in Calgary, Alberta on a Long-term Contract basis. This role focuses on supplier onboarding, user support, and maintaining consistent procurement processes across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inquiries through a shared support channel and route issues as needed.

• Coordinate supplier onboarding, ensuring required information and approvals are complete.

• Provide user support, troubleshoot system issues, and escalate complex concerns.

• Support consistent procurement processes and governance across multiple sites.

• Collaborate with procurement, IT, site teams, and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain workflows.

• Monitor onboarding progress, system usage, and issue resolution activities.

• Review records for discrepancies and support audit-ready documentation.

• Maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials.

• Assist with onboarding and training users on procurement tools and processes.

Requirements:

• Experience supporting procurement, vendor coordination, or operational processes.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and support teams.

• Experience managing documentation, tracking requests, and maintaining accurate records.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with compliance, audit support, and process governance.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to coordinate issue resolution.

• Experience with Oracle, ERP, or procurement systems is an asset.
