We are a growing manufacturer serving customers across the food and beverage industry. Known for quality products and long‑standing customer relationships, we’re expanding our sales team to support continued growth.

What You’ll Do

• Support outside sales and key accounts with quotes, order entry, and follow‑ups
• Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
• Process and track orders from quote to shipment
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, and logistics to meet customer timelines
• Maintain accurate customer and pricing data in the ERP system
• Proactively identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
• Resolve order issues and ensure a strong customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of inside sales or customer service experience in manufacturing or distribution
• Strong order management and customer follow‑up skills
• Experience using CRM systems
• Comfortable working with pricing, margins, and delivery timelines
• Clear communicator, highly organized, detail‑oriented
• Post‑secondary education preferred
• Exposure to B2B sales environments
• Familiarity with CRM tools
