Inside Sales Representative

Description
Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate pricing proposals and material calculations using internal estimating tools.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with current customers while identifying opportunities to support new clients.
• Respond to inquiries about product details, expected turnaround times, shipping timelines, and basic installation guidance.
• Record customer interactions, sales activity, project developments, and prospect information in the company CRM system.
• Follow up on quotations and customer requests to help move opportunities through the sales process.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure information provided to clients is clear, timely, and accurate.
• Monitor multiple customer requests at once while keeping records organized and up to date.
• Take on additional sales and customer support duties as business needs evolve.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related client-facing role.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and accurate data entry practices.
• Experience preparing quotes, estimates, or sales documentation with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate product information clearly and professionally to customers.
• Familiarity with Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools is considered an asset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and support sales objectives.
