THE ROLE:

We are seeking for our Edmonton client, an Information Technology Technician to support day‑to‑day IT operations and assist with infrastructure initiatives in a collaborative, growing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and workstations
• Providing technical support for systems, applications, and end users
• Supporting infrastructure upgrades and migrations under senior guidance
• Monitoring systems and escalating issues as needed
• Helping with documentation, assessments, and adherence to security best practices

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Top Skills & Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in IT support or a junior technical role

Working knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure fundamentals)

Willingness to learn new technologies and pursue certifications

Solid problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail

Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset

Strong interest in building a career in IT infrastructure

Post‑secondary education in IT or equivalent experience
