Description
Our client, A leading provider of enterprise software solutions for the construction industry is seeking an Implementation/Onboarding Specialist to help customers successfully implement, learn, and optimize their use of ERP system. This role serves as a trusted partner throughout the full customer journey, including implementation, configuration, training, data conversion, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support. The specialist will develop deep product expertise, provide best-practice guidance, troubleshoot issues, assess customer readiness, and deliver training to a variety of stakeholders including accounting, payroll, operations, and leadership teams. This is a remote role with travel throughout the United States and Canada, including customer site visits, internal meetings, and the annual user conference.

- Multi-jurisdiction payroll experience, including union and non-union is requisite
- Minimum 2 years of accounting and business experience, including exposure to job cost accounting in construction, manufacturing, or other project-based environments
- Experience implementing, supporting, or training users on ERP, accounting, or payroll software
- Experience with construction ERP/accounting systems such as Explorer, Viewpoint/Vista, Sage, Foundation, CMiC, Jonas, Acumatica, or similar is a plus
- Postsecondary education in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, presentation, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple customers, priorities, and deadlines effectively
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, Loom, ZenDesk, SQL, XML, or similar tools
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% throughout the United States and Canada, with valid travel documentation/passport required
- Spanish or French fluency is an asset
