We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead a team of HR professionals and help drive key people initiatives across the business. This role offers the opportunity to influence organizational success through employee relations, compensation and benefits programs, talent initiatives, process improvement, and strategic HR leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals
• Support succession planning and professional development within the HR team
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and talent strategies
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters
• Support managers in navigating performance management, conflict resolution, investigations, and workplace concerns
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
• Participate in salary review processes and market benchmarking
• Manage benefit plan administration and ongoing vendor relationships
• Make recommendations to enhance employee wellness and engagement programs
• Evaluate, streamline, and improve HR processes, policies, and procedures
• Identify opportunities for increased efficiency through automation and best practices
• Lead HR projects and support change management initiatives
• Collaborate with business leaders to address organizational challenges
• Use HR metrics and data to support decision-making
• Support talent acquisition, retention, engagement, and organizational development efforts
• Contribute to long-term HR strategy and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• CHRL or CHRP designation
• Previous experience leading and developing an HR team
• Strong employee relations experience within a large organization
• Experience managing compensation and benefits programs
• Demonstrated success implementing or improving HR processes, systems, and procedures
