HR Specialist

Description
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees who are authorized to work in the applicable locations and the United States, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Conduct recruitment activities, including screening applicants and coordinating interviews.
• Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
• Coordinate year-end HR requirements and reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with managers to support training initiatives and employee development.
• Manage payroll-related tasks using systems like ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian.
• Provide ongoing support for HR systems and tools, including ATS and CRM platforms.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and HR regulations.
• Contribute to process improvements within the HR department.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources administration.
• Proficiency in HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and benefits administration.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Experience supporting Canadian and US employees is considered an asset.
