Description
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and ensure accuracy in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust budget processes to align with organizational goals.
• Implement and manage accounting software systems to streamline financial operations.
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support strategic planning.
• Coordinate payroll processing using systems such as ADP, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Generate customized reports using tools like Crystal Reports to meet specific business requirements.
• Collaborate with departments to improve CRM integration with financial processes.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to address emerging business needs.
• Ensure the organization adheres to all financial regulations and standards.
• Proven experience in accounting and financial management roles, preferably as a Controller.
• Proficiency with accounting software systems, including 3M and ADP.
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and their integration with financial systems.
• Expertise in generating reports using tools such as Crystal Reports.
• Demonstrated ability to manage payroll and budget processes effectively.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed financial analyses.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements related to financial operations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
