We are looking for an experienced FP& A Manager to join our client on a two-month contract, based in Vancouver, British Columbia. This role involves building relationships internally with regional and department leaders and facilitate the sharing of key relevant financial data, analyses and information. Responsibilities:

• Lead the quarterly budgeting process and oversee monthly forecasting activities to ensure accurate financial planning.

• Analyze budget-to-actual performance, investigate variances, and provide detailed explanations to inform future forecasts.

• Collaborate with global and regional management teams to collect essential data and deliver insightful reports on trends and operational metrics.

• Develop comprehensive business cases for new initiatives and opportunities.

Requirements

• Accounting designation (e.g., CPA) is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to investigate and provide fact-based analyses with a curious and detail-oriented approach.

• Outstanding communication skills with the confidence to engage and build relationships with key stakeholders.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing deadlines.

• Experience working in complex corporate structures involving multiple regions, countries, and currencies.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems such as Oracle NetSuite and Adaptive Planning.

• Self-starter with critical thinking skills, capable of identifying improvement opportunities and proposing solutions.
