Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.

• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.

• Support month-end and year-end reporting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules.

• Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support strategic initiatives.

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units.

• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators.

• Collaborate with finance and operational teams to improve reporting and financial processes.

• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and strengthen internal controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or corporate finance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and financial modelling.

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or similar platforms.

• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• CPA designation or progress toward completion is considered an asset.
