YOUR ROLE:
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the availability of supplies, equipment, and services by working closely with external vendors and subcontractors;
- Contributing to workplace health and safety prevention initiatives;
- Taking part in the optimal preparation of offices and common areas;
- Maintaining the condition and safety of the office facilities and spaces;
- Overseeing logistics coordination and communication, particularly related to renovations and ongoing projects;
- Building and strengthening effective relationships with all stakeholders;
- Keeping various logs and inventories up to date;
- Managing requests and ensuring their timely resolution.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- DCS or any other equivalent training;
- Relevant experience in a similar role within internal services or facilities management;
- Strong proficiency in workspace management and asset administration;
- Full proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written;
- Good knowledge of computer tools, including MS Office software;
- Excellent communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities and a positive, customer‑service‑oriented approach;
- Autonomy, strong organizational skills;
- Excellent priority management and resourcefulness;
- Ability to safely handle and move heavy objects as needed.
